PRODUCT THEATER APPLICATION

This registration is utilized as an application to participate as a Product Theater Exhibitor. Once participants are finalized, invoices will be issued.

Product Theaters are 30-minute sessions that feature exhibitor presentations on the clinical benefit or scientific research relating to the development of an approved pharmaceutical product or featured disease state. These sessions provide a focused, high value live marketing opportunity for exhibitors to reach motivated professionals in a pre-scheduled, private session. Sessions may include information on new uses, combinations, or therapies approved products, updates to clinical guidelines, or considerations for specific disease states. Product Theaters are a forum to gather and discuss issues on patient education, specific products and therapeutic areas with company representatives or your designees. OSHP recognizes that Product Theaters will be promotional and may concentrate on a specific product or drug. These sessions are not approved for continuing education credits. We will be offering FOUR product theaters as a part of our Friday’s seminar offerings.

Product Theater Details

• Product theaters focusing on non-branded material will be given preference in the selection process.
• Final product theater selections will be determined by OSHP from all completed applications.
• The same organization may apply for multiple product theaters.
• Product theaters will run during the same time as other educational CPEs, but exclusive of other product theaters.
• Participation in the product theater does not preclude, nor guarantee participation in either the traditional expo, or reverse expo. Registration for the traditional expo or reverse expo must be completed by your organization.

Pricing

• There is no cost to apply for a product theater presentation. 
• Selected product theaters will be invoiced $2,000 - due within 30 days from the date of the invoice. 

Cancellation Policy

• Between October 1st and October 15th, exhibitors who cancel will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 15th
• No-shows will forfeit 100% of the registration fee.

Traditional Exhibitor Registration

October 24-25, 2025 | Ohio Event Center at Cherry Valley Hotel

Members will be provided with a detailed map of the Expo Area in order to know who is in attendance and what products or disease states are being discussed. Additionally, there will be incentives for individuals to attend the expo, which will increase attendance. Meeting breaks, as well as highlighted times during Friday’s schedule, have been incorporated to increase registrant’s participation in the Expo. We encourage exhibitors to consider having one table per disease state or product type.

Cancelation Policy for Exhibitors

• Exhibitors may cancel their registration before October 1st for a 100% refund minus a $100 processing fee.
• Between October 1st and October 15th, exhibitors who cancel will receive a 50% refund
• No refunds will be issued for cancelations received after October 15th.
• No-shows will forfeit 100% of the registration fee.
• The deadline to register for exhibitors is October 1st to receive full benefits (listed on the map, etc.)

Reverse Expo Health-System Leader Registration

Reverse Expo

The OSHP Reverse Expo is the best way for you to meet with vendors in a quick, face-to-face format! Any health-system representatives involved in purchasing and/or contracting decisions are invited to attend on Friday, October 24th from 1-4pm!

• If the health-system signs up for more than 8 appointments, two individuals may attend. Both receive full Annual Meeting registration (2-day).
• If the health-system signs up for all 16 appointments, the health-system will receive an email with a code for two free technician attendees to the Annual Meeting (2-day). Technician attendees are not required to attend the Reverse Expo.
• Please note, there is a 20-minute networking break from 2:40-3:00pm.
