As a part of our Annual Meeting, we are excited to offer a new sponsorship opportunity. Our AV Sponsorship provides an opportunity to increase brand recognition through exposure to a captive audience, without competition from other companies. A limited number of sponsorships are available. 

Additional Details
  • Each sponsorship comes with your company logo prominently displayed as a sponsor of the AV in a presentation room.
  • One sponsor will be displayed per presentation room.
  • Sponsorship recognition signage will be displayed for two full days of programming. 
  • Sponsorship registration is independent of other exhibitor opportunities, though registering to be a sponsor in addition to being an exhibitor is a great way to reinforce your brand recognition.
  • Each sponsorship is $1,000
