Event Overview

  • Residency Showcase takes place on Saturday, November 2
  • Showcase Hours: 11:30 am - 2:00 pm
  • Residency Showcase representatives are welcome to attend the full day of programming (see schedule for additional details)

    Residency Program Registration

    • Registration includes one designated table & 2 representatives ONLY
      *OSHP will reach out to confirm who is attending from your program in early October*
    • If you would like to bring additional program representatives, they must register individually


    Hotel Options:

    Courtesy hotel blocks have been made at the following locations:

    Sonesta-Rate of $169/night available until Oct. 17th

    Drury Plaza- Rate of $191/night available until Oct 1st.
