We will have exhibitors for only one day (Friday).  Vendor check-in will be at 7:45 and the Exhibit Hall will be open from 8am-12 and 1:30pm-4pm on November 4th.  The Reverse Expo will take place from 1:30pm-4pm in a separate space.

Full Schedule

Members will be provided with a detailed map of the Expo Area in order to clearly know who is in attendance and what products or disease states are being discussed. Additionally, there will be incentives for individuals to attend the expo which will increase attendance. Due to these changes, we strongly encourage exhibitors to consider taking advantage of the opportunity to select more than one table. We are encouraging exhibitors to consider having one table per disease state or product type.  

Expo Date and Times 

  • Friday November 4th - AM session 8:00am-12:00noon 
  • Friday November 4th - PM session 1:30pm – 4:00pm 
Expo Pricing  
  • All pricing includes both AM and PM sessions 
  • Initial table -- $1,500 
  • Each additional table -- $1,000 
  • There is no cap on the number of additional tables 

We will be also hosting our First Annual Reverse Expo where health system leaders who are able to impact formulary management will be located at a table, and the exhibitors will be able to discuss their products directly with a health system. We are estimating that vendors will be able to meet with approximately ten health systems during this time.  
Reverse Expo Details and Pricing 
  • Session is on Friday November 4th from 1:30pm –4:00pm  
  • Pricing -- $1500, not included in the expo pricing 
  • Pricing includes 1 representative per vendor
