We are excited to invite you to our next Continuous Professional Development (CPD) event, Four Generations, One Bottom Line: Leading a Multigenerational Workforce in a New Healthcare Era, led by Derek Bibler, PharmD, MBA. This event will take place Wednesday, June 3, 2026 from 2-3pm. This activity is eligible for live ACPE credit.

Dr. Bibler is a healthcare pharmacy leader with extensive experience across multiple health systems in Central Ohio. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University in 2011 and later completed his MBA at Wright State University in 2022. Derek has held progressive leadership roles at Premier Health and Mercy Health and currently serves as the System Director of Acute Care Operations at Kettering Health, where he focuses on operational excellence, clinical integration, and system-wide pharmacy strategy.

Requirements

To receive credit, you must participate in the CPE activity and complete all the steps found in the "Complete Credit Requirements" link provided by the LecturePanda registration confirmation email. After following the link, these steps will include: reviewing the course learning materials, confirming information provided on registration, claiming participation in applicable credits and completing all listed evaluations and quizzes. Credit requirements must be completed within 60 days of the program activity date. Upon completion, credit will be transmitted electronically to the ACPE. All transmitted credit will be viewable in your CPE Monitor profile within 24 hours. It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure credit is properly populating on their individual NABP eProfile account. Please contact the James L.
