Poster Session 


The OSHP Educational Affairs Division is excited to announce that we will be hosting a Poster Session at the Annual Meeting & Residency Showcase on

Friday, October 24, 2025The poster abstract submission is open to pharmacists, pharmacy residents, pharmacy students, and pharmacy technicians. 


Poster Session: The poster session will take place at 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM during Happy Hour.

Poster Display: Set Up: Between 12:45- 4:00 PM | Take Down: 6:30PM  

  • The poster board display will be a hard surface and tacks will be provided.  
  • Presenting Authors should stand by their poster to discuss their research with attendees from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM 
  • Poster presenters will be asked to submit a PDF of their poster by Tuesday October 22 for sharing with Annual Meeting attendees. 

Registration: Poster presenters must be registered for the OSHP Annual Meeting & Residency Showcase by October 9Presenting a poster at our meeting is a voluntary effort and OSHP cannot pay expenses for your participation. 


Abstract Submission: The submission deadline is extended to Thursday, October 2! The following types of research submissions will be accepted: Case Reports, Encore, Original, Research-in-progress.

  • Submitting Author Name  
  • Submitting Author Organization 
  • Submitting Author Email
  • Submitting Author Phone Number
  • Submitting Author Category (pharmacist, pharmacy resident, pharmacy student, technician)
  • Co-Authors (provide first and last names, degrees and institutions, titles and places of employment) 
  • Poster Presenter Name (Who will be in person to present the poster)
  • Abstract: Total Word Limit: 625 words.  Include the sections based on the type of your abstract.

    • Completed Research Sections:  Title, Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion
    • Research in Progress:  Title, Purpose, Methods
    • Case Reports: Title, Introduction, Case, Conclusion


Abstract Review & Notification: Failure to comply with abstract requirements may result in abstract rejection. Notification of acceptance will be communicated on a rolling basis by October 6.
