REVERSE EXPO APPLICATION

This registration is used as an application to participate in the Reverse Expo. Applications will be reviewed, and participants will be chosen after they have been reviewed at a later date to be determined. Priority will be given to our Corporate Sponsors. Invoices will be issued once approved.

To receive benefits such as recognition on signage and programs all Reverse Expo Participants MUST register by October 1, 2024!


As part of our Annual Meeting, we will also host our Third Annual Reverse Expo. Health system leaders from across the state who can impact formulary management will be located at a table, and the exhibitors will have the opportunity to discuss their products directly with these representatives. We estimate that vendors will be able to meet with approximately ten health systems during this time.  


Additional Details
  • Reverse Expo Session is on Friday, November 1st, from 3:15 - 5:00 pm
  • There is a hard limit of 12 vendors who can participate in the reverse expo. This will be based on a first-come-first-serve basis, with priority given to our Corporate Sponsors. A waitlist is available for interested parties.

Extra Opportunities

Pricing
  • Pricing -- $2,000, not included in the traditional expo pricing 
  • Pricing includes two representatives per vendor
  • Additional representatives can be added for $150

Cancellation Policy

  • Reverse Expo Participants may cancel their registration before October 1st for a 100% refund minus a $100 processing fee.
  • Between October 1st and October 15th, exhibitors who cancel will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 15th
  • No-shows will forfeit 100% of the registration fee.
  • The deadline to register for the reverse expo and receive full benefits (listed on the map, etc.) is October 1st.

Courtesy hotel blocks have been made at the following locations:

Sonesta-Rate of $169/night available until Oct. 17th

Drury Plaza- Rate of $191/night available until Oct 1st.
